Sims 4 Add-ons not downloading

Today I bought some expansion packs, stuff packs, and kits for the Sims 4 and they didn't download and I can't find anyway to download them. The order went through and the money came out of my account but I can't find the add ons in my library or downloaded to my game. It gives me the option to re-buy them in the EA app but when I load the game it shows that I own them. I also don't want to buy them against since I have already bought them one. I have done everything that I have read to do and nothing is working. 

Things I've tried: Repairing the game, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling Sims 4, updating computer, restarting computer.

Anything else I can try? I opened a case with EA but they're not very quick at responding.
