Steam already linked to closed EA account

Hi, 

Im having an issue where all my EA games on steam are apparently locked, since my EA account has been closed (for some reason, I definitely did not do this). If I try to link my steam account to a new EA account, I get the error:

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account ------- already linked to your EA Account for 7a*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime.

I thought I would contact EA Support, but there I have another issue where the support page does not open properly! I open a case, I get an email with a link to said case, but when I click on it, it brings me to a page that says "Resume case". Clicking on Resume Case brings me to another page with no chat and a bunch of articles suggestions. This page also has a "Chat with us" button that, if clicked, opens another case. After a while, the case gets closed (I supposed this is because I cannot answer it).

So basically I am locked out of my account and I cannot contact the support in any way. I tried with different browsers, to no avail.
