Sims 4 amount of downloads and favs in Gallery not appearing on my uploads
So I simply want to know why, when my uploads get numerous amounts of downloads and favorites, is there a 0 in both the download slot and favorite slot instead of the actual amount. It's very disheartening being as though I work really hard on my creations and if there's a zero where (for example) a count of 45 should be than my work is not getting the credit that it has earned. I'll sometimes wait a couple days and think maybe there's a slight lag causing the numbers to not show but then I go back to check and it still says 0 but my newsfeed says that (for example) 40+ people have downloaded and favored it and yet and still there is a zero there. Please let me know what the problem could be. Thanks!
