Sims 4 and GTX 1050

Hey, so yesterday I got a new laptop (Legion Y530) with i5-8300 and GTX 1050. I installed the game and I first started it it said that the graphics card has not been recognized but I was able to play the game. That first game I've been getting around 20 - 30 fps (probably running with Intel UHD Graphics). I set everything on medium and restarted the game. Turning the game on again it started in windowed mode (never set that on) and everything was set back to ultra. However, I was getting 80 - 120 fps in the live mode. I installed all DLCs that I have (all EPs except Seasons, all GPs and about half of the SPs) and now turning the game on I'm getting around 20 - 30 fps on ultra and around 40 - 50 fps on medium at best and it seems like there's nothing I can do about it.
