I just downloaded my Sims 4 game and the audio doesn't work. I've checked my volume and mixer but those seem to be online. There is no music, sounds, or voices for the Sims. Help!
My sound drivers are updated. (BTW, I haven't checked to see if it's not working on other games.) It's also not working on my Sims 3, so maybe it's a problem with something else?
