Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

I am still literally having this problem. Why does my screen go black when i try to purchase something or move stuff from my inventory. Please help as i have been waiting for this to be fixed, but it is now almost June 2015 and i still have this problem.
