Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

Hi, when I get into dxdiag my computer is a 64-bit, but there is no run button!!!!!!....... Now what? PLEASE PLEASE HELP, I can't take it any more 😞 I sooooooooo want to be able to play sims 4, anybody HELP ME, 😬😬
