I have the same issue i have talked to the EA Games Help about 4 times and none of the things I was told to do were permanent fixes I have tried to change the resolution, rename the folder which starts the game from scratch, and clicking the repair button but nothing is a full fix. but i think they have been working on a patch; because the first time i called I had tried to find a solution online first and found I was not the only one with this problem and I made sure to tell them. I was told they would be working on a patch for it but apparently it has yet to get finished.
