I have had this problem, too, since upgrading to Windows 10. My video drivers are up-to-date, and the specifications on my computer meet those required to play TS4. Additionally, I have no mods installed in my game. I have tried uninstalling and then doing a clean install. This did not work. Looing at earlier messages, folks have been reporting this problem to EA since September of last year. When is the problem going to be fixed?

I doubt that the newest patch helps but could you try anyways ?
