Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

Do you have a black screen in build/buy mode (as this thread is about) or a general not loading issue ?

Yes, I can play the game just fine but I click on buy mode and sometimes I can sell the bed and dresser then I bought a crib, dresser. When I click on computers or any paint/wallpaper for the walls my game continues but the screen goes black. I can click ALT and TAB and pop it back up but it goes black right away. I never had this problem until I added Get Together.
