So I bought Sims 4 from Amazon, and the description (by Amazon) assured me that even though the packaging says PC it would work on a mac. Only now it won't download. Nothing pops up when I put the CD into the computer, when I tried clicking auto run and all that it said nothing was supported. Am I just stupid or did Amazon lie and I need to return it?

If it says PC usually its for WinOS. It may be worth sending it back to the retailer.
Have you considered a digital download on Origin, It will work on Win and iOS
