Whenever I start a new game the traits portion of cas is broken. I removed all mods, save file, tray files. I leave only the resource file. I delete all the caches and everything. But when I add one empty folder, labeled aspirations to my mods folder it breaks, and nothing is in the folder. Ive tried other folders with different labels and they work fine.
MzMoon63 That's interesting. To be clear, is this an existing folder that you emptied out, or does it also happen if you create a new folder with the same name? It's possible the old folder is broken.
It happens with existing and new folders. Right now i uninstalled the entire game and now waiting for all of it to reinstall to see if that fixes it, but its taking forever.
I reinstalled my game,deleted all mods and everything. and when i installed one mod it broke cas, but the cas works without mods.
MzMoon63 Try one mod directly inside the Mods folder, not in a subfolder. And if that works but you do want to use subfolders, make them yourself, don't put special characters in the names (like the _ in this one), and drag the individual mods or cc items into the folders.
It happens to me as well, I usually just randomise the Traits at the moment and them fix them the next time I'm playing and it works or I exit and create a new household a few times. That usually fixes it.
