Sims 4 Bug Error: 110:c875d8ff:2c122306

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Discover University, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City living, Parenthood, Spa Day, My First Pet, Backyard.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up your frequently used save file, click on a household, click play and the Error 110:c875d8ff:2c122306 shows up.
What happens when the bug occurs? An Error message shows
What do you expect to see? Opening the save file, click on play button, and it loads normally
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When loading into a game/frequently used save file, an error message comes up saying

The game falied to load

Error Code: 110:c875d8ff:2c122306

It is recommended that you relaunch the game

    HI @Kyllingkrydder 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    @HyperMan808 There was a patch just now.

    Could you test if it's still happening.

    @HyperMan808 Tested your save and it seems it's an invalid doctor event causing the error.

    Did you save and exit the game while the Sim was on a house call ?

    For me, the game loads if I load any other Sim but the doctor and just wait for the doctor to come back from work.

    Funny enough for me everyone is aging up as well. Not sure why that's happening.

    I'll play on to the next day to see if the error comes back but I thought I'd let you know so you can try too.

    @crinrict When the error shows, I immediately saved and exited the game, so that's a yes. Are there any solutions to this error?
    Also about the age up, I used MCCC to customize the lifespan of Sims (forgotten to mention)

    @HyperMan808 Are you getting the error code on all Sims ? I'm just getting it on the doctor (as said above)

    If you still have mods in, you might want to remove those. Since you put you never used mods, I thought you hadn't any.

    @crinrict I'm not sure what you mean but this might answer your question:

    When clicking on the Sim that's at work, the error message shows up. Even when I choose a diffrent household, same goes the error

    @HyperMan808 I click on a Sim in your household that wasn't the doctor and didn't receive the error. Just when I load the doctor.

    Like if I choose the servo, it loads with no issues.

    Could you remove all your mods and just try with the save in (also delete the scratch folder in your saves folder) as well as localthumbcache.
