  @HyperMan808 Tested your save and it seems it's an invalid doctor event causing the error.
  
  Did you save and exit the game while the Sim was on a house call ?
  
  For me, the game loads if I load any other Sim but the doctor and just wait for the doctor to come back from work.
  
  Funny enough for me everyone is aging up as well. Not sure why that's happening.
  
  I'll play on to the next day to see if the error comes back but I thought I'd let you know so you can try too.

    @crinrict When the error shows, I immediately saved and exited the game, so that's a yes. Are there any solutions to this error?
    Also about the age up, I used MCCC to customize the lifespan of Sims (forgotten to mention)
