Sims 4 bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.67.45.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion except eco lifestyle, all game packs except realm of magic. And stuff packs, I have luxury party stuff an perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the Star Wars game pck, I cant complete any missions associated with the docking bay 7 because for some reason the whole docking bay has Duplicated and like tripled in size. However I still have the option to use it, but I can’t because my sim can’t technically get near it. Because the duplicated larger version is acting as a barrier. It’s annoying. I don’t know what to try next. I’m thinking I’ve accidentally used the “set as head” but even then, I’ve resettrd every object possible within the area that can have a “head”
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to use the docking bay and my sim acts ‘stuck’
What do you expect to see? I expect to be a let to access the docking bay. And there not be a enlarged version of it in the way.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @GOT1962 Moving this to tech for troubleshooting

    Have you tried going home and go to batuu with a different Sim to see if that resets the world ?

    If that doesn't work, would you be willing to send me your save ? Instructions in my signature. Like to try a method to see if it's possible to get rid of the object.

    @GOT1962 I tested this on my own save now and there's a way to remove the shell but you will need to use a mod as there's a cheat to delete the object but you need twistedmexis allcheat to make that usable.

    If you want to go down that road (and don't have a backup), try the following

    - Backup your save (very important as it's easy to screw this up)
    - Load Batuu and the hood with the duplicate docking bay
    - Open the cheat console with ctl-shift-c and type testingcheats on
    - Type: objects.list ay
    - In the cheat console you should now see two objects listed called: object_shell_batuu_DockingBay: <long number> (obj_id=<same long number>, addr=<different long number>)
    - Type: objects.destroy <obj_id> (replace <obj_id> with the number. You should pick the second object first. It's not a guarantee that it's the correct one but you have a 50% chance). If it wasn't the one, reload without saving and try the other number)

    (see pic for example from my game. Your number will be different)

    You can remove the mod after doing this.
