if the issue comes back, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
You can attach the txt file to your post directly.
Hi, the bug came back and now my game is randomly slow even out of build mode. So I got my DxDiag ready with the information from the site that you provided me with, thank you Crinrict, and deleted all of the information that I didn't need. The problem is that I have no idea how to post it. I have checked accounts and clicked on cases, but the site said I have no cases. I have looked for the attach file a lot now and I have found nothing. Do you know how to post the DxDiag? Thank You!

Use the paperclip at your answer where it says choose file.

sorry for the late answer.
Your graphics drivers are a bit old. Could you try updating them from the Nvidia page: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Could you also attach the following file to a post so I can make sure, the game uses the correct graphics card: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\config.log
Just attach it the same way you did with the DxDiag.
Thanks.
