Hi @QueenSunday,
Glad you found out packs didn't show in-game due to mods!
Please, open your game once while online, with all the packs you want installed and with your mods removed. Once you get to main menu, you can close it again and set Origin as offline. Even if those packs don't show as downloaded in Origin when you are playing offline, could you check if the content of those packs appears in-game now?
Good luck! 🙂

@EA_MaiI tried to open up the game again and the packs are still showing up as not downloaded again. I cleared the origin cache, repaired and updated the games and still not working. I am still playing without mods.

Hi @QueenSunday,
Do you have all the packs in the same EA Account? If not, that would explain why they are not showing as installed in-game - all the games need to be in your same account to be able to play with all of them.

@EA_Mai Interesting. On the origin website the bundle items I bought show up as owned and I have the option to purchase as a gift. However, with the Sims 4 base game I'm just getting the option to buy. I originally installed the base game via CD. Would origin even notice CD installs as being owned? If so then I guess I probably have another account. But I was able to play with the bundle content only twice since installation.

Hi @QueenSunday,
During the installation of The Sims 4 base game, you are asked to log into your EA Account and to redeem your code, so the game is registered in your account and Origin knows you own it.
Which are the games in the bundle that you can see as 'owned'?
