Hi @QueenSunday,
Do you have all the packs in the same EA Account? If not, that would explain why they are not showing as installed in-game - all the games need to be in your same account to be able to play with all of them.

@EA_Mai Interesting. On the origin website the bundle items I bought show up as owned and I have the option to purchase as a gift. However, with the Sims 4 base game I'm just getting the option to buy. I originally installed the base game via CD. Would origin even notice CD installs as being owned? If so then I guess I probably have another account. But I was able to play with the bundle content only twice since installation.

Hi @QueenSunday,
During the installation of The Sims 4 base game, you are asked to log into your EA Account and to redeem your code, so the game is registered in your account and Origin knows you own it.
Which are the games in the bundle that you can see as 'owned'?

@EA_Mai City Living, Bowling Stuff and Dine Out are shown as owned on the origin website.

Hi @QueenSunday,
Please, go to C:\Program files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 folder. Can you see a EP03 folder in there?
If not, as you mention the games are showing as not downloaded in Origin, could you try to download and install The Sims 4 City Living again?
After Origin is done, could you check if the EP03 is now in C:\Program files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 ?
Thanks,
-Mai
