Sims 4 can't click on anything in playmode

Can any one help as soon as possible!
For a couple of days I have not been able to click on my sims or any objects. So they are not able to eat, sleep, shower etc. It is quite annoy...

I'm not sure how to fix that but if you want to fill your sims' needs do ctrl + shift + c. Then at the top left there will be a white bar. Click the bar and type fillmotive motive_(need) and put hunger, fun, energy, whatever you need. It will fill up the sims need. fillmotive is one word then a space then the word motive_ then whatever need to want.
