SIMS 4 Cant log in

Hi I would normally click on the Sim4 icon and I am log into the game automatically. But recently when I click on icon, it asks me to log in with username and password, once I have done that asks for my product code to activate Sims4 but when I enter the code, it says the code has already been used or activated.

Any solutions for this?
