Sims 4 cat and dog glitch

Ever since i got the news sims 4 cat and dog pack i had nothing but problems with the game. I don't use mods so i don't see why i would be having issues. My game has been really glitched by having my sims not able to return to the lot when walking the dog. i have every pack for the sims and this expiation pack seems to be super buggy
