Sims 4 wont Start

I have been having a issue for the past few weeks. I completed an update and now my sims 4 wont start. I click on it to open, then the first frame image comes up, just before the starting video and pauses on this and crashes. It wont let me close the game, so I have to restart every time. I have tried EVERYTHING, repaired the game, updated everything including graphics cards, moved the folders, and now I have uninstall and reinstalled both the EA app and the Sims 4. I don't have any mods and have never downloaded anything extra to the game. I have most packs, but not all. I'm starting to give up on the game that I have been playing since I was little! I really, really need help please!!

    99cd6f523162bd9d  When you say you "moved the folders," do you mean you moved the entire Sims 4 folder, or the Electronic Arts folder it's in, out of Documents?  And you tried to play without adding any of your old content back?  If not, please try that now.

    If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
