Sims 4 Characters without hair and clothes + snow escape wont load

Hi,

I'm trying to assist my gf by looking up fixes here for some problems that occured after the "snow escape"-update.

1. Most of her sims lost their hair/clothes, but the mods/cc seems to work fine if she adds it back on and saves, but this will take ages for 40+ characters.

2. Snow Escape won't load the "map" itself. I've tried removing mods, the cache files and repairing the game, then restarted the game and it worked for a whole new save, but not her old save. 

Is there any way I can fix this? She's been so hyped about this snow escape expansion and now she can't play it.

And we're not willing to go through every single mod cuz she got 9700++ of them...

The mods here are probably the issue, but everything worked until the last update we think. 

I will attach two pictures, one with the snow escape loading screen and the other one is how her characters look (left side marked with the circle is after she tried using modded clothes again)

Please help guys.

    @xMutilated  Try reverting to previous versions of the affected saves.  If those versions are from before the update, then at the very least, the sims should be wearing their custom content again.  You may want to use the manual method and make a backup copy of the entire saves folder as well, in case you need the old saves at some later point; you'd also then be able to freely experiment on the previous versions of the saves knowing you could restore one of the backups if necessary.

    Hopefully, this will fix the Snowy Escape issue as well.  Since you said the world works for a new save but not the existing ones, it's possible that the repair fixed the underlying issue, but the instance of that world in existing saves was already corrupted.

    If the sims still can't travel to the SE world though, try temporarily disabling the pack in Origin:

    Load an affected save with SE disabled, use "save as" and rename the save, quit, reenable SE in Origin, load the save, and see whether the sims can travel to the world.
