SIMS 4 Cheats, fill ONE need not ALL needs?

Hello all,

I am a new member on sims forums, so I am unable to create a discussion. 

My question is that I know there is a way to max all needs on Sims 4, by using the mailbox.

I want to know if there is a way to fill ONE need, not all, like in the sims 3. For example, when my sims are on a dinner date, I don't want them to get up and pee because it wastes a lot of time, but I also don't want to fill ALL of their needs because I want them to be hungry still. 

I have the MC command center mod. I have not figured out how to enable the cheats part of that mod yet. The cheats are still the same when using  the mailbox, no new cheat menu...
