Sims 4: City Living - Installation Problem, Account Hacked?

Hello,

I bought my sister (this is her account) Sims 4: City Living for Christmas. Unfortunately she cannot install it as it says "Only one instance of Origin can be running at a time. Please check other windows accounts to see if Origin is running." Please if anyone knows how to fix this contact immediately.

This just means that Origin is already running.

Sounds like you have more than one Windows account on your computer and Origin is already running on the other. So close down on the other account and start it on that one.

If that doesn't help, try restarting your entire computer and see if it works then.
