Hello i am having the same issue. I uninstalled CC with TSR Manager and could not launch my game. The error I am getting is Sims 4 quit unexpectedly.
I created a new folder, and the game launched. I moved all the folders except the saves, and the game was still launching. After I moved the saves, it returned with the same error message: Sims 4 quit unexpectedly. Can you help please ?
I did also repair the game several times. It did not help
snezhinka28 I've split your post into its own thread because the other thread was somewhat old. Please try a few saves at a time to see whether you can isolate the problem. The most recent save you played is the most likely culprit, as the game will try to load a preview of the household at the Main Menu, so try removing that first.
If a particular save you want to use prevents the game from working, you can try to recover one of its backups. Here's how (the manual method):
