I just bought the Sims 4, like straight out of the box. I put in the disk and entered the Product code, after I entered it said the code has been already used?

@celenebunny One possibility is the code was spoofed (by a code generator) maybe. Was the case open when you bought it? As this is an open forum for users by users account issues can not be addressed here. Does the game appear in Origin? how many times did you enter the code? Once a code is accepted by Origin it is locked to the Origin account. If you entered the code multiple times that is the error message you get even though the code was accepted by your account. If the game is not in Origin My Games you can contact EA customer service - customer service - navigate a couple of pages and choose how to contact at bottom of page or return it to place of purchase.
