sims 4 color issues ??? :(

So I got the Sims4 a while back. I have had this problem since I got the game. There are color problems!!!! The plumbob on the loading screen is a weird shade of yellow, but the plumbob over my sims ...

    Problem solved! My game was moved to my new laptop, my sims were recovered from the PC, and the colors are perfect!

There might be something wrong with your computer. So to answer that question, it might help to change computer. 

Could you post a DxDiag?
Please follow this how to on how to gather your DxDiag.
