sims 4 comunity botton

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Gallery at the sims
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't find anyone when I search for their EA ID.
What do you expect to see? not applied
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am trying to follow someone on sims 4 but I don't seem to have the comunity botton to follow people. Can anyone help?

    @nana17696 I checked and with that user name I also get no results if I don't include custom content. It seems they only have stuff with CC.

    So make sure you tick include custom content in the bar on the left hand side.

    Did you check any others ?

    @nana17696 What happens if you click on the button in the upper right corner of a Sim ? The one with the head and the little + sign ? That's to follow someone.

    What do you mean by 'I can't find anyone when I search for their EA ID' ? Those the result turn up empty when you choose EA Account ID from the drop down menu and put a name ?

    @nana17696 check that "Maxis Curated" is not turned on, or the gallery will not show anything that doesn't have Maxis faves.

    Hello,

    If I click on the plus sign I can follow and download the content. But yes when I choose an ID from the drop down menu it doesn't show up.
