Hi, I cannot seem to get past the update once I open the EA app for the Sims 4. I updated the game 5 times (since it wont let me launch without update) before trying to turn my PC off and back on again. I updated my PC, the EA app and the Sims game again and nothing. Tried to repair the game and update it again and still nothing. Seems no matter what I do, I cant get past this update or get it to work.... please help
