Sims 4 cottage living download

I purchased the game sims 4 cottage living but won't download. Can anyone help here. It doesn't even show that it is downloading.

@ajg2024 I can click on "download" but it does nothing, launched the game and it said "new content downloading" but nothing showed when I checked the status. Super annoying especially since most of us preordered this expansion.
