Sims 4 cottage living world is not working

Hi, so i bought the Sims 4 Cottage Living but the World is not working. There's only a white Screen and i can't do anything other than closing the game. I tried to repair the game but it did not work...

    @JustineMarie25   Try removing TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod; it's a good idea to delete localthumbcache.package too.

White screen when trying to load Henford-on-Bagley. Tried multiple different suggested solutions but nothing has worked. Ran a dxdiag and attached it to this post. Someone, please help.
