Sims 4 crash live mode after 2-3min

Hey,

My Sims 4 keeps crashing after 2-3min of gameplay in LiveMode.
Before you ramble on about updating GPU and reinstalling the game this is what i did or didnt do:

  1. I didnt add new mods or cc
  2. Yesterday was working, now its not.
  3. Cas mode is working. only crashes in Live-Mode after 2-4min
  4. Gpu drivers are up to date
  5. Some say problems with Razor Synapse software (i only terminated the task not unninstalled the software)
  6. I already reinstalled the game and ran it clean, issue persists
  7. Ive tried running dx9 instead, same result.

Ive atatched a file with the Crash log that Sims generated.

Ive tried everything, Im giving up that after 10 years Sims has no fix.
Thank you for all your help.

As for the kind of help offered here, I can't speak for anyone else, but I only very rarely tell anyone to wait for a patch because I don't generally deal with game bugs.  I usually start with mods because mods cause a lot of issues, AND a broken mod can't be fixed with other troubleshooting.  Why waste someone's time with other suggestions when removing the Mods folder is such an easy test?

Then I go to a dxdiag (which is not only about hardware, of course) because I don't know what else is on a player's system, and often enough, I see a Windows Error Report that's suggestive of a particular problem.  It's true that I don't take anyone's word that their computer is fine either.  But I cannot tell you how many times I've been told "my computer is completely fine/brand-new/reports no problems found" and it turns out there's a problem, often an obvious one.  I don't know these people and who is overestimating their skills.  And they did come here to ask for help, after all.

This is a player-help-player forum.  It is NOT EA customer support and doesn't pretend to be.  If you want to talk to someone in support, there's a Help Center link at the bottom of every page.  On this site, the EA employees are almost all community managers, people tasked with running the forum overall, not necessarily with solving individual issues.

If you would like my help at some later point, you're welcome to ask for it.  But please don't ask for it and then tell me I'm not providing what you think is the right kind of help, or that you're disappointed not to hear from someone else whose job isn't actually to help players with their game issues.

Look i didnt want to offend you but I did go on a rant about EA not you. If you think it was about you, it wasnt. You were correct about asking for that info but at the same time I provided enough information for a more deep analysis.

What i can say straight to you is pls dont stuck up for these guys (EA). They told me to open a "ticket" here cause they couldnt help. I dont know about you but if i had a company/product that i owned and told you, the custommer, go to my house (Ea forum), ask for help but not to my employees...I would seriously would start firing people.

Solution? Pay people like you that go out of your way to help OR say there is this forum, that we dont own, full of people, maybe they can help.

  • PedroMateus79  The current patch level is now 1.116, as of two days ago, so you're still not up to date.

Having said that, the VCRUNTIME140 errors are likely custom content-related.  They point to a component of the 2015 and newer VC++ runtimes, but these are probably not corrupt if you can play at all.  Still, you could replace those (everything from 2015 and newer, x86 and x64) with the newest Visual C++ Redistributables if you wanted.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

The AppHangB1 errors could be anything: a bad graphics driver, a mods or cc issue, a corrupt save, a corrupt household or lot within an otherwise intact save, conflicting software... they're too generic to be useful on their own.  You do have one Game Manager Service crash too.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the analysis!

I blocked my game from auto-updates cause you never know which one might break the game xD.

That being said, I will update the runtime thingy.

The AppHangB1 i think its related to WWhims which is outdated on purpose. Better Exceptions has been nagging me about it -.-

Thank you for your help ;)
