Sims 4 crashes after last update when a character dies.

Hi, so ever since the last update (basements/easter) my game has been crashing any time a sim dies in my household. I did not have this issue before, and I've had quite a few die before this happened...

    Does your dying Sim have a lot of stuff in their inventory ? That is usually the cause.

    Try empting out the inventory before the Sim dies.

You could try splitting them from the household and move them to a different household to die. Not sure if it works but at least you don't have to start over

hello there my sims 4 keeps crashing whenever my sim wants to die it crashes and turns blank white,and then i get a notification forcing me to close down my game and i did this more than 4 times it keeps happening i tried emptying my sims inventory nothing will work and its stressing me out, please help !!!!
