By reading other posts, I moved my longest-played save doc out of the saves folder, and the game started working normally! But I believe this issue is related to the recent update, because everything in that save worked perfectly before!
However, I’m really upset — the save I moved out was the one I’ve been playing for the longest time. After moving it, almost all the Sims and houses I created are gone, and the quests I was close to finishing have cleared too. This has made me really disappointed in the game.
What should I do now?
