Sims 4 crashes before main menu

Without fail it crashes before the main menu page, I have removed all mods, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled it, I also tried the clean boot and couldn’t figure it out, any help would be very appreciated, I have a hp victus btw

dmcocchiara Please look for a BIOS update for your motherboard (the exact model), and if you find one, install it and see whether it helps.

If that doesn't help, or you don't find an update, please boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which will be somewhere under Advanced settings.
