DriePees When multiple GPUs are active, the dxdiag will list all of them. Yours starts with the Intel graphics chip, the one integrated into the processor, but if you scroll down a bit, you'll see your RTX 3050 ti as well. This is normal.
Your dxdiag also shows that you're running a game version a few patches behind the current one. So please update to 1.116 and see what happens. And test first with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or custom content at all. You don't need to save your progress.
