Hello, I am also having this issue, though I do use mods, I have a mod detector that says all of my mods are good and my game crashes after the September 4th update when it was working perfectly fine just yesterday. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I still have the same problem as well right after yesterday's patch update, although for me, my game only crashes after I click the "Get to know" social interaction in-game. I tried to remove all the mods as well and still have the same problem.

I'm experiencing the same problem, I noticed someone mentioned a possibility of the interaction "Get to Know" causing the crashes, and after testing this out multiple times I can confirm it is what is causing my game to crash. Is this specific thing happening to anyone else? and if so does anyone know why it's happening?

Did you delete cache files after removing your mods ?

Could you please post the following info

Your Computer's DxDiag?

If you have, the following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\lastcrash.txt

The following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\config.log

You can upload DxDiag and config.log directly to your post.

For any lastCrash files, either create a rar file and upload that or copy/paste the content of the file to a post inside spoiler tags (the icon next to the strike-through)

I am trying to repair the game from Origin but I am not positive this will work. The base game is completely gone in my case. I only have the expansion and packs and it still crashes when I try to load a household.
Let's hope they are going to fix it soon.

I am having the same issue ctd after 5 or so minutes all packs except eco only mod is mcc.
The game never crashed before ever and I did update mcc to 7.3.2 and my pc is very high end so that is not it

I had this problem after I updated the game earlier. I tried to remove some of the mods I didn't really use and it still seems to crash. Hopefully they fix this soon

I have the same issue. I updated my mods it still crashed. I took all mods out and it ran okay. I added only one. It was okay. I added one more it crashed. I took out the second one, left the first it crashed again... This addition of that new folder creates the problem I think. I am seeing far too much stuff in the Sims 4 folder which weren't there before... They messed up any paths or something...
