Batkrook92 The python37_x64.dll error is what we normally see with with your class of CPU. Since updating the BIOS didn't help, please boot into BIOS, open the Advanced settings, and look for a CPU Turbo Boost setting or similar. If you see it, disable it, then test the game again.
If you're not sure what you're looking at, feel free to list the settings you find. I can't tell you what's there because each BIOS is a bit different, some are wildly different even from the same manufacturer, and they can change with updates (and those changes don't always make it into the documentation). But it's easy to figure out what a particular setting does once you know its name.
