Sims 4 Crashing at start up
@Celcelsa Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows, among other things, that your computer is critically low on free storage. 3 GB free isn't even enough for Windows to maneuver properly, let alone run a game that creates temp files and makes other demands on the system. Ideally, you'd clear another 20 GB or so, but if that's not possible, please try to get as close to 15 GB free as you can. You can see the current free and total storage by opening a File Explorer window and clicking This PC in the left panel.
The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag all reference a component of the 2015-2019 VC++ runtimes, which Sims 4 uses. So please uninstall those runtimes and install the newer 2022 versions instead. Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on any version from 2015 or later, and select Uninstall. Don't touch the older versions. You can download the newest runtimes directly from Microsoft:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
You'll need both the x86 and x64 versions of the 2022 runtimes, but you can skip the ARM version, which is for a different class of device. Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
@diamathius Does no mods include no custom content? If not, please test with no cc as well.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
