JyNxYmIsTy Just in case, please remove the entire Mods folder. I've seen reports recently that simply disabling mods and custom content doesn't remove all the effects.
If that doesn't help, provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

If I remove the mod folder, how do I put it back? Do I just cnp the mods folder back in and it wont affect it? ;p (I have over 8k mods and cant just put it on my desktop)
