Brooke11100 I've split your post into its own thread because the other thread was a few years old. I also couldn't read your dxdiag (a site issue, not your fault), and now it's vanished. So please try uploading the dxdiag again, and I'll take a look.
Please also let me know whether this issue happens in new saves as well as your main one(s).
puzzlezaddictThank you so much for getting back to me so quickly! I took out the sims 4 folder from my EA folder like you had suggested to figure out whether it was the game or the saves and the problem still occurred with the new automatically generated folder (meaning it was the game, not the saves). Here is my dxdiag again.
