@Hayley_jade24 You're correct, your RAM is not on the supported list for your motherboard. (The CPU is absolutely supported, or else the computer wouldn't boot at all.) This isn't always a problem—sometimes memory works fine even when it's not officially supported—but the memory diagnostic tool makes it pretty clear that the RAM is a problem here. I can't tell you whether it's merely that your modules aren't supported or that one of them is defective; you'd need to test the RAM on a system that does support it to be sure.
But in any case, your computer needs new RAM. If you bought the system pre-assembled, or you paid someone to make you a custom PC, go back to them and ask for help. This should be covered under any half-decent warranty, especially since you can point to the supported memory list to say this was a mistake on the builder's end. If you built it yourself, you can try to RMA the memory; Corsair has good customer support overall. Then pick something on the supported list.
However, before you spend any money, I would suggest borrowing RAM from a friend or family member and testing with that, if it's at all possible. You could even go to a computer repair shop and ask for help. There's an outside chance that the problem is the motherboard, not the memory, and it would be good to find out before you bought new RAM.
And really, you're doing great navigating this process. It can be intimidating and overwhelming when you don't have your bearings, but you're figuring out what you need to, which is what matters here.
