I hope I am doing this right, sorry if I'm not. I'm having the same issue
This is my first time posting, the game crashes at launch, screen flicks black goes white then crashes back to EA app. No codes, nothing. I've repaired the game multiple times, it worked once then stopped. Ran a dxdiag, I have no idea what I'm doing, please help. It should have all the system stats on the dxdiag, if more info is needed please let me know and I will try to give the info if I know it.
If I did this wrong please let me know how to properly ask for help on the site and I will fix it.
