Sims 4 Crashing When Opening World

bbyshayeshaye​  Did you try a household you've never played before?  You could also create new sims from the map and place them.

I downloaded your save and was able to load Mayumi Ito in Willow Creek, the first household I tried.  She's missing some cc but appears to be fine overall.  So try her and see what happens.

If you get another crash, try disabling Parenthood and Spa Day, two packs I don't own that you do.  (The others are Cool Kitchen Stuff, Toddler Stuff, and Sweet Allure.)  I don't know of a specific reason these packs' content would crash the game, but that's the other obvious difference between your setup and mine.  Here's how to disable packs:
