Sims 4 crashing without mods and after a completely clean install

ellenm94​  Sorry for the late reply.  If you still need help, you can run the dxdiag whenever you want and provide it.  Sometimes it's useful to run soon after a crash, in that the Windows Error Reports at the end should contain any error related to the crash.  But since the WER section lists the last ten errors, the relevant ones should still be present unless your system has a lot of other issues too.
