KrispeeChiken Yes, that's exactly what I wanted. Your dxdiag lists a number of crashes of one of the graphics drivers, more likely the Nvidia driver if these are happening while you try to play. But it's worth doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers at the same time, to be thorough. Here's how:

Use the drivers Acer provides for your laptop:

You'll want the AMD driver dated February 11 and the Nvidia RTX 4060 driver dated April 12 2024. You can update the Nvidia driver later if necessary, but try this one first.
The proper order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the AMD driver > restart > reinstall the AMD driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all with your computer offline. When you're done, go back online and try to play.
If you get another crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
