Sims 4 crashing

letsgolezzies Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode if you haven't already. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver, which is crashing repeatedly and may be taking Sims 4 down with it. Here's how:

Edit: never mind, I seen how to do it through steam
whenever I click on manage through the EA App, it just says manage add-ons
It works! Game didn't crash at all but now some sims have thick blacks lines on their skin. I thought it was an accessory or outfit but whenever I take the sims into CAS, the lines are gone
