Nevrland1897 Your dxdiag shows that your computer's page file is almost all used, with only 689 MB available. The thing is, 15605 MB is in use, and combining that with your 16 GB installed RAM means you have a lot of background processes running and eating up resources. The most recent Sims 4 crash your dxdiag lists is a breakpoint error, which has several causes, but one is the game running out of memory.
Normally I'd suggest increasing the page file size, but yours is already large enough. So instead, open the Task Manager's Startup section and see what you can disable. Doing so doesn't prevent the programs from working at all; it merely prevents them from starting with Windows without user input. You may find apps like Edge and Teams on the list, as well as various updater services, and perhaps a game launcher or two.
If you're not sure whether something can be disabled, feel free to list it, or you can post a screenshot of the entire list of apps.
Once you've done this, restart your computer, wait a minute without opening anything, then open the Task Manager (but nothing else) and see how much RAM is in use overall. It should be around 3 GB, but definitely under 4 GB or 25%. If it's higher, let me know what's in the Startup list.
If your RAM use is back down to where it should be, try again to play Sims 4 and see how it goes.
