Nevrland1897 I wouldn't have minded the raw .dmp file, but this does make it easier for me. And yes, I do see some interesting info:
ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000374 - A heap has been corrupted.
MODULE_NAME: nvwgf2umx
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: HEAP_CORRUPTION_ACTIONABLE_MultipleEntriesCorruption_c0000374_nvwgf2umx.dll!Unknown
This is the Nvidia driver, and a corrupted heap is memory-related but doesn't need to have anything to do with RAM directly—it can just as easily be a fault of the software.
All this means is that a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver is the right move here. If you would like help with the process and don't want to wait on a family member, feel free to ask about whatever steps you don't understand or can't execute.
Since we're here though, I would suggest installing a slightly older driver, as I've seen enough reports of driver-related issues lately that there's a chance the newest driver isn't playing well with Sims 4. You can always update from an older driver to a newer one, but going backdwards requires another clean uninstall, so it's best to start with the oldest version you'd want to use and work forward from there.
You can find older drivers here:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
Make sure to choose Game Ready Driver as the download type, which will let you go back further. But you don't need to use the oldest driver; the one from March 18 should be fine, especially given that it wasn't replaced for several weeks.
